HOW WE WORK

1. Identify the Hiring Needs

What are your hiring needs? Identify the vacancies that exist, and then define the job specifications such as skills, knowledge, experience, etc.

2. Preparing the Job Description

Define the job role, responsibilities and duties. This will serve as a checklist for all potential candidates to tick before they decide they are suitable for the role and apply.

3. Talent Search

Where do you want to advertise? Job sites allow for a quick way to gain widespread visibility. Do you want to open applications internally? Social media allows for specific targeting of content to the right candidate. LinkedIn is the No1 Social Platform for recruiting and screening candidates.

4. Talent Engagement

It is essential to go through your job description and person specification and highlight the key words. With this, you can quickly identify those key words in applications and narrow down  your applicants to those most suited to the role.

5. Interviewing

The interview process allows crucial contact time with your candidates. Enter knowing what talking points to cover and include highlights from their CV or application.

6. Evaluation & Employment Offer

Once you complete the shortlisting process of your top candidates, check their references and draw up a contract of employment that will include salary, number of holiday days, working hours and responsibilities.

7. Employee Introduction

It is important that your new addition feels welcomed to company culture. The following steps allows for a seamless introduction: task a colleague to show them the basics of everyday work, introduce them to the team, and ask for feedback to allow for growth. A successful induction allows for benefits such as: time saving, employee engagement, increased recruiting standards, and improved employee performance.
